Pastor Maynard Philip Joseph was born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. He comes from a family of eight, and attended the Marabella Boys A. C. School.

Pastor Joseph came to the knowledge and saving grace of Jesus Christ at an early age. After coming to the United States, he met his lovely wife, Kay. The Pastor and First Lady have been married 25 years and have one son, Philip Joseph.

A graduate of Southern Bible Institute (Dallas, Texas), through his unfeigned faith in God, Pastor Joseph founded Christ Ambassador Baptist Church.

The mighty hand of God and The Holy Spirit is at work at Christ Ambassador. Pastor Joseph has true belief in God's guidance and in the bounties of God's promises through scripture.

"But it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." (II Cor. 2:9)
